I served it with a simple salad: green and red leaves, croutons, currants and grapes (thrown in by my daughter last minute 😄). Another #meatless winner that we will be making again. Note to self: please don’t use a baking tin with a loose bottom when making tarte tatin……..🤪. The caramel was all over my bakingsheet instead of it browning the potatoes.
